Large Cross Charge Mortgage

1.6m arranged over 2 properties valued at 2.6m. This structure allowed the client to purchase his new property before selling his current property. When his current property is sold the mortgage has the flexibility to allow him to reduce the debt without penalty. Rate - 1.99% over base for 5 years

Large Mortgage, Short Time in The UK

Our client had recently relocated to the UK with his company and had a shallow credit history given his short time over here. His remuneration package consisted of a modest basic salary and profit share based on group performance which made up a large part of his income. This 'tricky' set of circumstances made the mortgage difficult to place on the high street (credit history, large performance based income) and the client was very frustrated with the lack of common sense approach.

Our Private bank offered this mortgage (1.8m on 2.6m) with very little hassle based on his position within the company, the strength of the company, his historically large income and previous similarly-held positions and background assets.  

Residential re-mortgage based on 5 months self-employed

Residential re-mortgage (900k on 1.4m) based on 5 months self-employed trading figures and forecasted bonuses. As it was a like for like re-mortgage and the client had demonstrable assets in the background the bank were happy to re-mortgage even though the client had only been contracting in a new role for a short period, enabling our client to move from a high S.V.R. to a much better overall rate.
